A 30 % of the volume is aged during 3 months in american (70%) and french (30%) new oak.
Tasting Notes: Clean and brilliant, straw yellow with metallic reflex on the edge. Intense complex and elegant. Tropical fruits (pineapple) and floral aroma (white roses). Honey, sweet fruit (mature melon), spicy aroma (white pepper) and aromas coming from the oak aging (cocoa, vanilla, fennel) can also be perceived.
With a smooth and refreshing beginning this wine stands out because of its aromatic complexity, freshness, volume and a long and elegant postpalate.
