Variety: Tempranillo y Merlot
Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. From 12-15 months oak aging in 225 L barrels, 60% french oak 40% american oak. Bottle aging during 18 months before getting to the market.
Tasting Notes: Clean and shiny, mature cherry red colour, high intensity, with brick colour rim. High / medium intensity, mature red fruits, tropical fruits (mango, passion flower). Black fruit jams (blackberry, blueberry), raspberry, red currant, bitter orange skins, floral notes (violets), spicy (black pepper, anise), coffee, cocoa, bushes (lavender, thyme), smokey and mineral (specially graphite).
In mouth creamy start, powerful with high volume but very round mature tannins, structured but smooth, fine, balanced and very complex. Good balance between alcohol and acidity, rich and long persistence finish.
