18 months oak aging which results on a double months aging in new barrels. First one 11 months in new french oak 225 L barrels, and second 7 motghs in 500 L new american barrels. French oak of most prestigious French barrels producers. Bottle aging during 18 month at constant temperature which lets one of the best ellaborated wines of the Bodega.
Tasting Notes: Mature cherry red color, clean, shiny, high intensity, with brick colour rim. Mature red fruits tones, redcurrant, tropical and mineral notes (graphite). Roast (cocoa, toffee), tobacco, cedar, spicy aromas (black pepper) and balsamics.
Honest, sweet entrance in mouth, creamy, silky. Good balance between acidity and alcohol, well polished and mature tannins, structured and elegant.
